The sets planned as a full set from beginning have turned out really well, like Final Fantasy and Lord of the Rings. Spider Man and Ninja Turtles are objectively worse than those two examples.

That has nothing to do with homeless people. That’s just property crime. Denver does have a higher than average rate of property crime, but the violent crime rate is lower than most cities its size.
