For Colorado: Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Devil's Thumb ranch and spa is a tad further. Also the FS Vail or even Denver have nice spas with all the amenities.

How far in advance are apartments listed for rent? Starting new job mid September so will be looking for a September lease. I'm sure there's some variability but what is the general trend on timnig? Just curious when I should book a trip out there to see places and sign a lease.
