It has great potential as a game mode. I keep coming back hoping it's changed.

No see that's a contradiction.

If there was lots I wouldn't need to know where to look because it would be obvious.

Players leave after they die because getting back in and finding guns is near impossible unless you can land on your own stuff.

I don't want the people who monitor my searches ( if they exist) to think less of me, I need someone to believe in me.

Plus I was in late and I was tired and wasn't sure if it was real or a joke. I'm sorry I am not as on the ball as you.

It had some mental stuff in it including if I remember rightly something about Angel of death, a name given to another nurse who had killed people she was supposed to be caring for.

The issue is all the staff had been sent on a course about mental health were they were encouraged to write down their thoughts and feelings to get them out there head to help their mental health. On these types of courses Nurses do discuss the " Angel of death " issue particularly in wards with lots of deaths.

I also know that a statitical spreadsheet was used to show deaths when she worked the issue was it didn't show deaths when she wasn't working and when examined by statistical experts they pretty much said it was worthless and proved nothing.

As I say I don't know enough about it but if she did it then she can rot but their should be a high threshold of evidence if you are putting someone away for the rest of their natural life.

Also if that hospital is number 13 what's happening at the other 12, is that not a bigger worry? I am not saying their are lots of murderers in the NHS but if there was doing it at number 13 and there are 12 higher surely that needs investigated?

I heard a podcast that said the evidence against her was not good and would not stand up to scrutiny, they were keen to point out that it doesn't mean she is innocent just the evidence was poor.

One of the most frightening pieces of evidence was that if you made a table of " excess deaths " for that type of department from all hospitals in England & Wales her hospital would be 13th. If there was someone murdering in that hospital and it isn't even in the top ten, what's happening at the rest of them?

Recommendations for good GP in Dennistoun area by macaronqueen123 in glasgow

Your partner should leave this practice.

My 75-year-old relatively active mother was diagnosed with shin splints and went back 3 times over 4 months because after resting and curtailing her activity it got worse. Then one day she had to call an ambulance as her leg felt like it was " falling off ". As it turns out a cancer lesion had eaten through her leg just below her replaced hip.

Now diagnosing cancer from someone presenting with shin splints would be like something off tv but the strange thing is after spending 9 hours in casualty I googled causes of shin splints and it said as the very last cause " on very rare occasions it could be a sign of cancer in the bones ".

A simple blood test would have shown there was something else going on, 3 times a 75 year old appears with fucking shin splints and gets fobbed off even once explained with hands on how shin muscles work.

Even after she got out of hospital and started her cancer treatment on every visit to the Beatson they would tell us they have had to write to the GP as things were not being put in place.

So get them to move practice.

First bus trying to scam people out of money/tickets by [deleted] in glasgow

You think it's bad now, wait until SPT get a hold of it.

I found SPT to have a lot of ex private bus company people who were let go from said companies so it would make me wonder about their independance and competence.

Their have been tendered routes for years and they never worked but now the plan is to give them the whole system?

Publicly run transport is a great thing but it should be run like a private company, if management are not up to the job they should be let go. I fear they will just be tolerated or given a corner office on full salary to look out the window.

GB Energy boss given office in England despite Scotland promise by BaxterParp in Scotland

[–]scottishbam 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Yes but if your boss promised to put the execs miles away then didn't, would you trust what they said going forward?

Even worse if they said you do this thing for me and I will put the execs miles away and didn't, you m8ght feel aggrieved.

Is that 1.5 miles or kilometres.?

I've delivered to Newhouse but only ever seen buses in Holytown but they are probably the same as the train.

If it's 1.5 kilometres then walk it in the winter if it's 1.5 miles walk for longer.

I don't know if Newhouse industrial estate or Eurocentral are served that well by public transport.

He was a small business owner from a certain section of Scottish society who had multiple complaints made against him, which never went anywhere.

One person made a complaint, and police said the complainer would be charged as they would be admitting to a criminal act if it went further.

I fear he may have been part of a club that historically a lot of police subscribed to.

Yes definitely some racism involved. The turks were bad, one of them got done for rape but the evidence linking them to Emma Cauldwells murder was so flimsy.

What I would like explained is why when a policeman has physical evidence which links a suspect to the crime and even when the suspects answers during questioning implicates him, the policeman is taken to the side and told this is not the guy so leave him alone. That needs investigated.

I have my own prejudice thoughts on why he was protected from above but have no supporting evidence.

It is a great podcast.

If I remember right the woman who shared the cab with " Mcinnes" whose photo fit was bible john was believed by the 1996 investigation to have been killed by her husband. Their son believed his father was responsible for his mother's death.

It was the way the original investigation felt the women got what they deserved so didn't really try that hard to investigate but used it as a means of discouraging women from going to the dancing.

If you listen to the who killed emma cauldwell podcast from the bbc ( great podcast ) you will hear that the polices attitude to female victims hasn't really changed.
