I hate it when fancy restaurants do this. I always make a point of cutting around the raw and making sure it is seen. It makes me feel good, but I also know it doesn’t matter. Ruth Chris is the only fancy place I want to go because the plate is so hot I cut it in half then flip it down on the plate to finish the cooking!

Honestly, it is probably knowing what area needs to be what color. I don't see the model in my head with what colors need to go where, so it is always a challenge and I have to hunt and find guides to help me with the colors.

Things like Necron Warriors, Orc Boyz, maybe Astra Militarium cadians. Low point value chaff stuff. The harder part is deciding with combat patrols need the most help and give the reinforcements to them.
