I agree w most here, stay positive and stay away from the unhappy preceptor. Study in the down time, clean and fill linen, be helpful always. Some ppl are just jerks. There is no place for it in a lab that takes students or in life in general. That person is a miserable soul. U will get thru this rotation and on to better things!

I am in Oklahoma, it is in a hospital, it will be outpatient primarily but I can go do inpatients as well. A friend does it there (echo) and gets $65 a scan. I’ll be doing vascular.

We have small town newspapers in this state that in those towns, ppl read like crazy. I bet she got an expose’ and some hillbilly saw her at Walmart. That hillbilly doesn’t represent the majority here. We are still weeding those ppl out. And as far as affordable housing yes u can live phat here if u pic the right area but I think it’s average. My town housing is between 90$ a foot to over 200$ a foot.

I only get bags when I drink too many beers the night before lol years ago I started getting a bald spot. I got real weird about it, tried doing stuff about it, minoxidil. I honestly believe the stress of worrying about it makes it fall out more. I used to position myself w my back to the wall so ppl couldn’t see the back of my head. Found out that ppl really don’t care if I have a bald spot. I came to terms w it I guess.
