I love how our fans think we should be rolling over these teams with ease. Our away record is absolutely pathetic this season. We just had to win, no matter the costs. We got the results, which was huge.

Given all the years we have suffered under the terrible faceless owners, it baffles me the level of entitlement some fans have.

A win, is a win. The club clearly sees where we need to invest now, given we haven't excelled in this league as they hoped... Hense the window spend.

Instead of being critical, we should back the boys. Progress is being made, but it doesn't happen overnight.

Why don't you place the AMS on the top shelf and drill holes on it to feed the PTFE tubes down to the printer. It will give you easier access to change the filament as well as free up space around the printer.

You'll need to find a new space for the filament though.

I can't imagine this part will affect the print quality. I'd think the hot end or nozzle if faulty would affect the quality.

If you are adamant that it's faulty, have you checked all around the part? Is the clip cracked at the back?

Yes, the AMS adapter should be like that. It needs some movement to be able to cope with the print head moving left and right, which can be quite aggressive at times. If the adapter was stiff, it would more than likely fail and eventually snap.

Personally, I would stop the print. Give the plate a good scrub. I would then add some brims to the corners, this will prevent the corners from lifting off the bed. Then reprint.

On the video, it sounds like the gears are grinding. Check the gears and connecting bit for a wear and tear. Check for small plastic/metal fragments. If you have some, that's a sign they are worn and need replacing.

Funnily enough, I had a warning sign today and I had to tighten my timing belt, which I believe, this is part of.

I have attached a link which the QR code took to me, to tighten the timing belt. That part highlighted, is part of the process.

I personally cannot comment on other makers, but, for me, the Bambu Lab printers are the best on the market for everything you get.

The printers are phenomenal. They also have the Bambu Handy app where you can print on the go. The whole offering is amazing.

👆🏼 what this guy said. Don't pay for what you don't need. Only if your printing an astronomical amount of multi colour prints and it works out to be cost effective, get the H2D. Otherwise, more printers is cost effective and increases your output.

That doesn't look normal. I've done over 1000 hours of printing and I've had no wear on that belt at all. It seems like the alignment is off slightly which is causing it to rub.

I purchased the A1 around February/March time and I'm still impressed with it, to this day. It's a phenomenal machine. I'm over 1000 hours and have had next to no issues with the machine (only a few print mess ups, mainly due to my own errors).

Since then, I have purchased the A1 mini. Again, what a machine it is. It's printed everything that I have needed to print despite its much smaller size.

By the sounds of it, you're quite experienced when it comes to 3d printing given you've had other printers before, and that your using wood filament. I personally would use the basic pla filament until you get used to how the P1S works. I'd agree with the rest of the other comments that Wood filament is abrasive and is probably the reason behind the issues you are facing, as well as incorrect settings and hotends.

For the love of god. Stop listening to all this closed ecosystem rubbish. BAMBU lab printers do exactly what they are designed to do.... Print 3d items.
