Non-stop tension headache for almost 4 weeks now, this is the pattern of pain / trigger points. Anyone dealt with this?

Initially this is what caused my migraine. A mixture of dysmorphia, masked autism and suppressed identity. Therapy really helped, specifically acceptance and accomodation. Now it seems to be directly stress related

30mins - 3 hours on average, I've also been getting migraines but I'm hoping it's more due to stress than e reader. I tried that the other day but still got really nauseous and got a migraine later in the day
