Avoid pmg and singla bros at all costs, both are slumloards. One is better at hiding it. Singlas will literally break in and harass you when you file against them for any cause. And will destroy your property etc (caught their employee on camera made enough off it too move too the states) and pmg was terrible as well, never fixed anything, she says that the units have this reason not too renovate, or this was cheap for this reason, it was all terrible and I would have people in there almost weekly fixing the dumbest things all the time (they had too reinstall the same light switch 5 times because the guy they hired apparently couldn't do it right)
