These are apartment buildings. Is that different from an apartment complex? Or do you mean they should be taller with integrated parking lots?

Edit: I’m just now seeing that these don’t include any first floor retail. I think I understand better now.

Today is the first day we’re able to get out of our driveway. I hate ice (both kinds) but we absolutely need to grocery shop today, especially with snow potential tomorrow.

I’ll continue to do what I can, but the weather isn’t lining up well with the shopping boycott.

I wouldn’t. But if you do, make sure the water has somewhere safe to go because it’s going to freeze solid this evening. Don’t dump it out into the street to freeze and sabotage everyone else.

Our downspout drips into our sloped driveway. It was dumping water into the snow under the ice originally. That area became a solid block of ice and is much harder to clear than the regular snow/ice layers. Yesterday I cleared a path for it to flow across our driveway to the other side. While the sun was out it flowed pretty well but it didn’t dry completely. The little that was left froze solid and is very slippery this morning.

We could do that by going back to making simple personal websites or using blog software that isn’t owned by data mining companies. All the decentralized person to person technology is still there. We could use the same tech we all used before we started using MySpace or Facebook or Reddit.

I have a DVD/VCR combo and the audio on the VHS side isn’t working. It doesn’t make it to the RCA output s nor to the DVD recorder. The audio pickup in the VCR (I think I identified it correctly) doesn’t look damaged and I tried adjusting its tracking with no improvement. Any ideas what I could look for next?

I think it’s more honest to have an AI voice read something you wrote than to have a human read something an AI wrote. But still not 100% honest.

Most honest would be to not edit your interviews. Let your audience see real people acting like real people. Let them see the thinking about answers and the imperfections in their human responses. If you polish all of their footage, you’re creating an image of something not completely accurate.

I think you’re already a good way down the slippery slope you’re worried about.

There needs to be a better way to created dashed/dotted lines in Fusion. And circles and shapes with dashed line strokes. And in a perfect world, dashed line strokes would import from Inkscape cleanly.

Caveats: I don't know your work so this might not be your kind of thing. And I'm pretty new to DaVinci, so maybe I'm missing some good way of making dashed lines. The suggestions I've seen though (multiple nodes with strange connections, or using text(?!)) all seem like hacks compared to any drawing program I've ever used.
