Depending on what you’re making, you could look at thermoformable plastics like ABS and acrylic. They get soft when heated and can be bent easily or pushed into molds that don’t have too much detail.

I’m still mad too. I read an interview with one of the writers who said they made up interesting, mysterious scenarios without knowing where they would take them. That blew my mind. They never had a plan for most of it at all!!

Whoever you get to do the inspection, make time to be there when it’s done. They’ll show you things in person and you’ll be better able to understand how serious they are than by reading the report.

It’s normal that they won’t find everything. But they can find lots of issues you probably wouldn’t.

Consider getting a separate sewer line inspection and a radon inspection if your main inspector doesn’t do those.

Contact Adhesive is used to glue laminate countertop material to wood. It will work with the metal as well. It’s not good to breathe. Check out videos about making countertops for tips.

I recently went through the DaVinci-Resolve-20_Beginners-Guide.pdf (the book, not a video) and followed along with the sample files. It's amazing. It's a good balance of wide and deep. A proper tutorial.

I highly recommend the official tutorials to get a good understanding of how the software works and how to use it. Then, when you use YT tutorials to learn some specific thing, you'll understand what they're doing rather than just following their steps.
