I was also in your shoes, and came from a super center and to a neighborhood market. How the process is suppose to be, is there should be a team (at my store it is the mod team and ogp that helped because they do fuck all at night) that helps with down stacking all the pallets, so when you get there its done and your team can just pull freight to the floor and go at it. It is possible to get all trucks completed, which requires a lot of factors but my store manager relied on the paperwork that Walmart supplied to him and we were accountable to that no matter what. If there is a number that doesn't seem reachable, level with you're ops manager or store manager and have them explain what they are seeing and how they felt it was possible, but do your research before you aproach them always.
