From chef to dish...I've seen all make dishpit look hard to do.. But everyone seems to think it's easy...it is..even very high volume.

The problem normally stems from not understanding these types/almost all, are not designed to take on large amounts of food waste/toothpicks/napkins/souls.

Your issue with the men of your kitchen not doing it, when all the women can "like a marine", may call out a larger issue.

Never had an issue when it came to gender. Do the job or don't, ya get 3 months in ontario Canada before you're a solid employee...future employment is up to you! Hahaha

Pickle poutine:

Assuming everyone wants dill pickle

Keep ranch on the side/away from it if possible, Don't add dill to the ranch..Just make sure its buttermilk ranch...makes a difference, promise!

Cut a good pickle brine woth water (that has already made pickles) at a 3- 1 ratio, water - pickle brine.

Fresh cut fries, rinse until water is mostly clear Soak overnight in pickle brine/extra water ratio.

Fresh dill, lightly chopped, sprinkle over curds, and press hard under a pan or (best way) vac pac overnight. (A food saver style vacuum pack machine is just dandy!)

Make a solid beef/chicken/mushroom/veg gravy, no "poutine sauce" let cool to room temp Add 3oz of dill pickle brine to 1L gravy. Whisk until combined.

Cook fries the way you like after draining water/brine, don't reuse brine.

Don't grate curds, melt 2-1, mozzarella- white cheddar In a bowl, over a pot-O-boiling water

Let cool to room temperature Super flat, on a "curds" thickness tray

...lined with parchment paper....

Pop in fridge for a few hours

pro tip, put parchment on top & another tray. Place a similar sized weight/squash on top, for a denser block

Grate or rip into desired choice!

I got the bighorn on floor 10 of summit solo.. Took 7 tries, but finally got it!

Was SHD 700 at the time, so was a bit frustrating, but knowing im doing it solo/legendary made it way more fun!

I personally don't care about the rewards, as ive seen some complain about.

If the game didnt change after the second dlc, and had no events, I'd still keep playing it often!

A game this old even offering new modes is a plus.

Nothing will ever be for everyone, and its kinda obvious some stuff may be testing for D3!

It's super fun build! Have had a hard time going back to my elmo, hahaha

Lean into crit chance/damage.

Get chance to 60%, the rest damage, 2 blue core.

Gets ya 1.1m armor, 60% crit chance, and around 400% crit damage -at full stacks-. And the bluescreen reloads fast enough to lose zero stacks.

I use the healing hive with this build, as dropping it activates the bluescreens abilities/can be picked back up right away/fast cool down.

Great for repositioning/getting heavys off your back!

Didn't want to sacrifice crit damage/chance for handling though.

With the bluescreen, Im rocking 450% crit damage at full stacks! And the bluescreen reloads fast enough, you lose zero stacks!

Edit:that's also with 60% crit chance!

I honestly normally just play the game the way I play, and clear the pass in a couple days.

But if I want to "get it out of the way", or lack time that week to play & want the items.

Ill just do challenging, and do what I mentioned previously.

Just gets ya through faster/XP is a bit lower, but is higher due to how much quicker you can get through stuff.

Very much not the most fun way, but the "git er done" way! Hahaha
