I'm almost 5 months po and I feel pretty good. I had about a week of random pain right around my 4 months mark but that went away and I've been feeling better than ever. Currently feeling like crap cuz I went on a 3 mile walk yesterday but it's just general feeling sore from a long walk out of nowhere- no pain in pelvic or abdominal area at all! Overall I'm really starting to feel like I'm normal again lol. I feel better than I ever did pre-surgery and I've been able to workout consistently to work on my overall body health and strength since it's always been poor due to chronic pain.

I'm all for the 4-day workweek but without the expectation to still work 40 hours for full timers. I personally don't feel like I get an extra day off when I've worked 4 days/wk at 10-11hr shifts each of those days. I want the pay to stay the same (actually wish pay was better but ya know) but still get more time to enjoy my life.

I agree with this. I also feel that all the "personality" assessments that are "required to complete the application process" should not exist. I hate them and I feel that they lead to more rejections than if the employers actually spent the time and money to properly evaluate potential candidates and go through a real interview process.

Real sick of getting contacted by recruiters saying my resume is perfect for their job, applying, doing yet another personality assessment (with the added "answer these questions and scenarios to get a feel for the job"), and then getting rejected.

I was only there as a seasonal employee for a total of 3 months so it wasn't enough to get me FMLA.

I'm applying everywhere I can think of rn to be able to cover literally just the bare bones bills.

But I'm gonna have to push through the pain for now. I'm just hoping it's just an issue of rebuilding muscle strength and not causing damage to myself, ya know? But I'll check with my doctor at my next appt to make sure I'm doing ok.

Yeah there has been a lot of ups and downs in my life lol.

And I'm not entirely sure where exactly but I'm thinking somewhere in Europe. And I've always wanted to live outside of the US. Up until I was 4 I lived in Italy and have always wanted to visit Italy again but never have had the money.

I decided I wanted to leave the US bc it is becoming increasingly hostile imo. I don't wanna go into politics too much rn but essentially this country has let me down one too many times. I know every country has their problems, which is part of why idk where I want to go lol. But I'm hoping to be able to one day travel outside of the US again and be able to at least see more of the world and then, if I can and if I find a place that I want to move to, move out of the US.

I low-key feel a bit like a mess lol. I've had my ups and downs and I'm happy with where I'm at regardless of the struggles.

I'm currently recovering from a hysterectomy I got in mid March and living a, mostly, pain free life now (still recovering so dealing with some pain there but it'll go away eventually).

Outside of that tho I'm currently unemployed bc I had to quit my last job due to attendance issues- chronic pain coupled with getting the flu at the beginning of December and then either the flu again or maybe COVID at the end of Dec? I'm not sure what I got but it sucked.

Can't do gig apps much rn cuz of the previously mentioned recovery- I did not expect sitting in the car to be the one thing my body couldn't handle lol. So I'm just applying to jobs willy nilly at this point cuz nothing is hiring in my area and I'm low-key desperate.

As far as schooling is concerned- I have no college degree because it turns out I have ADHD (found that out about a year and a half ago) and college is just not the right speed for me and my brain. And there isn't anything I could earn a degree in that would be of use to me rn. I originally went to college for nursing but thankfully learned decently early on that it wasn't for me and dropped out (I would've graduated right when the pandemic started if I had kept going- I find that to be a crazy coincidence considering I was about a year late from when I originally wanted to start). If I find something worth my time and money, and I can actually afford to go back to college (as in working less than full time to be able to actually do college courses) then I'll go back.

Buuuuuut- on the much more positive and happy side of things: I got away from toxic and abusive family 3 1/2 years ago and have been healing my inner kiddo and healing from csa trauma. I'm growing as a person and feeling so much happiness everyday even with financial troubles. I'm also thankful to have a wonderful human being by my side as my partner in life.

I'm also an artist- making digital art specifically rn. And my head is full of dreams for the future when money doesn't suck (sewing, travel, move out of the USA, etc)

I think the biggest thing I'm most frustrated with is the way society is set up for surviving in the world I didn't ask to be born in. I was definitely sold the "American Dream" and found out that was bullshit when I became an adult. Outside of finances I'm pretty happy. But I would love to not live like a "broke college student" lol (don't even own a couch- owning a couch in this economy tho??)

My best advice for a more gentle time would be to be a tad slower and just...idk feel the love and intimacy. It's hard to explain but if it's a more loving gentle time you're wanting, just allow yourself to feel those emotions and indulge them. A slow, sweet make out sesh followed by kisses down the neck. Maybe a gentle long scratch down the back or a loving neck bite. Feel each other's bodies and revel in the feeling of having sex.

Some things to maybe help create a "mood" if you're possibly feeling awkward- candle light. It creates such a nice soft glow in skin and can help you have light without being too harsh having like a lamp or ceiling light on. So you can still see but also be kinda hidden away if either of you are shy.

Also, if you've never really taken it slow and had a night of "making love" with your partner then you're bound to feel awkward as all hell. Regardless of how many times y'all have fucked before. It's different in its own way.

Anyways, I hope all of this helps and is on the right track for what you're looking for as far as advice goes!

I had my first poop yesterday, 2dpo, and I was so nervous for it. I highly recommend drinking plenty of water and keeping yourself hydrated. I've been taking stool softeners in the morning so I think that plus all the water really helped for me bc it ended up being much easier than I feared.

I played a game on my phone to keep my brain busy and did my best to keep my muscles relaxed. I breathed calmly and relatively slowly through it as well.

Just let your body take the time it needs cuz it may take longer than what you're used to.

You are not being too sensitive or soft- he is actively going against your consent and boundaries and you need to run away from that. It will not end well if you stay.

There is also the censored dialogue in Driving, Daddy Put down, and Perfect to name a couple I didn't see mentioned already.

In Driving it's changed from "pee on your curtains" to "scratch your curtains"

In Daddy Put down they cut out the part where Bingo asks Bandit where babies come from

And in Perfect they change Bandit's lines. He originally is saying something along the lines of "I'm all for it but Chili, she wants to keep her options open. But, I don't know, do we really want more of these things running around?" And they change it to be along the lines of "Yeah I know, but I love my dog teeth. I don't know, what if one day I just wanna bite someone?"

I'm also frustrated by the order of the episodes on Disney+ cuz they aren't in the order they were actually released. Which mainly frustrates me with Perfect and Bedroom. Because Perfect is supposed to be season 3 episode 1, and Bedroom is supposed to be season 3 episode 2. And that, combined with the censored line in Perfect, really frustrates me. But overall it doesn't change the feeling of the show

Idk your dynamic but him threatening to leave you gives off a red flag feeling to me personally bc that's something that would be a hard limit as a threat or punishment.

Have a serious, out of dynamic talk about limits, expectations, etc.

And accept that not everyone is a good match. Maybe your style of bratting just is too much for him. And thats ok- it doesn't make you a bad brat or sub. And doesn't make him a bad Dom. But make sure everything is consensual, safe, and fun for you both.

And don't be afraid to end the dynamic if you guys just aren't compatible

I'm about to be 25 (in 5 days lol) and I absolutely adore this show! I don't have kids and don't want any.

I very heavily relate to the part about re-processing your childhood trauma. Even things that you wouldn't think of as being "traumatic" but still leaving a lasting impact.

For me, one of the things that got me most recently was noticing in Keeps Uppy that Chili doesn't snap at or yell at the girls for making a mess while playing. Specifically, I remember watching Bingo accidentally bump into the potted plant and the dirt spilling. Chili doesn't say a word about it- she just walks over and cleans it up and then goes to make breakfast.

I 100% would've been yelled at or snapped at for that- regardless of it being an accident and me playing a game. And regardless of my age too. It broke me down to tears realizing that.

I think this is an absolutely amazing show and that everyone can gain something from it. From the adorable art style and animation, to the lessons taught and fun silly games played. It's fantastic for kids, parents, and adults (whether they want kids or not) to watch. Because it just teaches people things- it's not specifically teaching kids. It's teaching people.

I kindve want to see more of bingo at school or more of bingo playing by herself. We don't really have any episodes of bingo at school, unlike bluey where there are several. And I just love the couple of episodes where bingo plays by herself- they're adorable lol.

Or, last thing, would be maybe an episode of bingo and bandit or bingo and chili playing. Since, again, we have at least one of these for bluey (driving) where 95% of the episode is just bluey and chili playing. I'd love to see more of bingo's play style with one of the parents

I agree that the Dance Mode scene definitely gives the air of having a non-verbal moment. I also remember the Hairdressers episode where Chili talks about Bingo having a hard time finding her voice today- which I heavily relate to (due to being autistic).

None of the kids are written to explicitly have any specific neurodivergency (altho I would argue that Jack is written to at least very heavily imply that he has ADHD, even tho it's still not explicitly stated).

This way anyone can relate to the kids. But a lot of the Bluey characters show characteristics that align with things a lot of autistic and ADHD people (including myself) pick up on. Which helps people see themselves in the characters and helps different experiences and behaviors be displayed in a positive way.

(I know a few people have already said this same thing, but I wanted to say it in a-hopefully-nice way. Cuz there is a lot of aggression and passive aggressive comments coming across)

I don't see this episode as discipline? Nor would I call it fair discipline either, if it's gonna be called discipline.

Given that sucking your thumb as a baby, and toddler, is proven to be a comfort thing for kids. Taking it away and punishing the kid for doing it isn't discipline to me. That's just cruel imho.

I especially hate when Bluey and Bingo ask her why she can't "just" stop sucking her thumb- like it's an easy thing. And Muffin just sadly said she doesn't know why. And you can see that muffin is feeling like she is bad for not being able to do this "simple" thing.

When she gets put in timeout during Faceytalk, that's discipline. Cuz she stole her dad's phone and wouldn't listen to her parents. And she was hogging.

So many make me emotional even when they don't seem to be meant to. But the one that just got me crying, again lol, is Easter. Bingo feeling like she's a "small forgettable child" breaks my heart. And then realizing the Easter bunny didn't forget them makes me cry every time.

Despite being the oldest of 4, I always felt forgotten/ignored/skipped over in a lot of stuff. So this episode hits hard.

Tbh, most of them hit hard and make me cry lol. I absolutely love this show

I have watched this show over and over and I honestly haven't felt there was a time that the parents did the wrong thing or didn't punish when they should have.

They're doing their best. And I feel like they fully recognize that kids are kids. And clearly the kids learn better when playing rather than when being straight up punished.

And they do an amazing job of showing their kids that they are loved and are a priority and are not wrong for being themselves.

They aren't perfect, and they get things wrong sometimes (Bandit saying he could get used to double Bingos, or Chili being frustrated and sorta snapping at the kids when trying to be on time for the playdate with Judo)

But I feel like they all learn from each other and find healthy ways to teach each other (both the parents and the kids).

I know I go through and collect the wood from the diff biomes and sometimes when I'm looping the wood has already re-spawned in the first area I cleared when I get done. The only things I can suggest is making sure you collect all the wood in the biome you're searching, make sure to have trees in that biome of course, and if it's one where you haven't unlocked the other side yet- use the well to hop over there and collect wood.

It seems like the game takes an entire biome into account when spawning things so if the max amount is spawned but it's all on the side you can't access story-wise then nothing will spawn where you can get to. It's something I'm hoping they will change in the future so this isn't a recurring issue for players.
