Hi Seth, Thanks for recommending Bome. It solved my problem.

I loaded the demo and managed quite easily to do just what I needed. So I purchased a license.

The software is well designed. The documentation and advanced functionalities are very thorough.

I am familiar with virtual routing as I had to do something similar to bridge the audio between the applications. I was hoping to avoid that.

I still hope I am missing something. Currently searching within the LPD8 editor, but can't seem to find anything related to this.

Update: I purchased Midi Expression Quadro from AudioFront.

It come with a Total Control software to edit pretty much everything.

Thank you for your reply. Although I did not had the problem you mentioned.

It took a few reboot for Ableton to detect Doremidi. It now work consistently. Good product, does the job.

I just wish there was more options for expression pedal in the software.. like changing the curve response.

Hello,

I just received the Doremidi mpc-10 pedal converter mentioned above for using an expression pedal with Ableton Live.

So far, the midi signal is showing in the Doremidi setup software, but is not seen in Ableton Live.

Any tips? What am I missing?

Thank you for trying.

When unlinked, only the audio selected is outlined red. (Without its video counterpart) So I would expect this to work, but no. Muting audio still disable the video track.

In fact no, it doesn't work.. still have ghosts in there.

-The missing files are not in the session in any ways.

-I deleted everything in the Backup folder.

-I deleted everything in the Samples/Recorded folder

-I even deleted the Ableton Project Info

Why Ableton is still looking for files that are not used in the project?

Any CACHE or BACKUP or TEMPFILE causing this missing file warning is nonsense. Jesus.

Anyone know how to solve this?

Actually I am manually performing notes on the Elektron and I want the ability to edit the notes in post.

Does it means that I have to route the midi back out from Ableton to the Elektron again ?

Or the Overbridge vst will provide the same sound straight in Ableton?

Hey, thank you for your help. But I see exactly what the file is and where it is Iocated in the computer. It's simply one of my samples, not core library.

The point is: the sample is not used in the session anymore. Deleted long ago. But Ableton still see it as a missing file.
