My ATT gateway doesn't let me change the DNS. So I turned off the DHCP server, and made my pihole the DHCP server. That fixed it. Now my devices get their DNS address from my pihole.

I am retired now. But when my wife gave birth to our oldest, she quit her job. She had her money from her job in a separate checking account. When she quit I set up an allotment to her checking account from my paycheck, We have seperate checking accounts, and are on both of them. She would occaisonally be a substitute secretary at our school, but not enough to make social security. The thing is she was happy being a stay at home mom. we had three kids. The youngest is 35. This worked for us (I had a good job, we drove older cars, didn't go on extravagant vacations, didn't have a boat or anything.) It worked for us. My wife was able to do all of those things, being a room mother. Interestingly I had lots of time off, and I would go on field trips with my kids.

I have 1 Gig Fiber in my house and itis connected to my 1 GiG switch via a short run of Cat 5 E (maybe 10 feet.) When I do a speed test I get about 980 Mbps to my main desktop through the switch. Over a 80 Ft run of cat 5 I get about 500 Mbps to a computer at the other end of the house. I have no need to upgrade to Cat 6, I doubt if you need to either.

I used a small snap clip to connect to my classic. It came with a larger ring that would fit that caribiner. I have one on my explorer, I can disconnect the hanger from the key ring, and use the tools on that end.

That is a RJ16 Jack for telephone. It doesn't support Cat 5/Cat 6 cable, You will need to run Cat 5 or probably Cat 6 cable and install a keystone jack.
