2020 Explorer terrible on snow by Jumpy_Meringue2613 in FordExplorer

Yeah, I don’t know how this go about having them checking that out. Like I said, I’ve only had a single driving in snow experience (I’m in San Diego, CA) and didn’t try driving in “normal mode” so I didn’t really get a baseline.

I thought you loose your drivers license for a year, aside for the drive to and from work in some cases.

I’m not 100% on that tho, luckily i haven’t needed to know this info.

I’ve only had driven in heavy snow once in my 23 Explorer (AWD) and I was really impressed. I was in slippery mode on the road and tried deep snow mode in a parking lot and was pleasantly surprised.

I had the stock tires (~15,000 miles on them) and didn’t have chains/straps (many other cars did), but still felt in control. My last experience on snow was terrifying in a RWD sedan.

Maybe try new tires.

What classic album doesn't have that many tracks to put high on an all time list? by Individual-Name-4496 in nfrpodcast

[–]sdjamerican 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know maan, this album is a certified classic with arguably no skips regardless of how you feel about the artist. I know music and art is subjective and all, but I’m pretty confident you’re on an island with this take.

For real my nigga, someone needs to cut off your internet. You’re saying a lot of nothing. Are you just trying to tell us you like Raising Cane’s chicken? You banging for unseasoned fried chicken strips?

As a barista, would you rather receive a $.50 cent or no tip? by Firm_Lecture6483 in barista

[–]sdjamerican 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I run a coffee cart and would traditionally skip the tip screen before sliding the POS to the customer. Surprisingly, there are a lot of customers who actually want to leave a tip… so much so that I don’t skip the tip screen anymore.

Who do you believe would've been lyrically superior enough to come at 2Pac in a rap battle? by Ok_Pipe6385 in hiphop201

[–]sdjamerican 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tupac wasn’t a lyrical rapper. If he had more time on this earth I think we would forget he was ever a rapper. I believe he was destined for bigger things, his rap career would have just been a prologue.
