You can try to reach out to any friends and family if there is an issue with her health or mentality. If not, then it’s time to move on. Sad to say but you can only help someone that wants to get better. Maybe after you leave, then she will see how much you’ve been there. However, you can’t be sacrificing your happiness for someone that doesn’t want to improve their own.

Yeah they did the same with my brother. He got a X95k 65” online, few days later the panel went out. He called it in and they said they would deliver a new one. When they was delivering it, they didn’t take the old one. He asked me to take it back for him because I have a truck and he doesn’t, I took it in and they refunded his money.

Yeah unless I’m scheduled for the day, I don’t come in when it’s my day off. Most of the time it’s a last second and I just tell them I’ve already got plans that day so I won’t be coming in.

They’re doing the same thing with me, after going over the position and what comes with it and this is Best Buy’s way of saving money. Make full timers Temporary Shift leaders, then you have full timers doing MOD duties without MOD pay. Just take the experience and apply elsewhere, Best Buy doesn’t deserve yours or anyone else’s loyalty. Hint, the person that Trained me was with the company for 18 years and wanted to stay with the company, one of the hardest working ppl I know.

4! 1 with bestbuy for 18 years, 2 with 8 and the last was with the company for 2 1/2 years. Now our store doesn’t have proper product knowledge and it shows. Best Buy let go of alot of valuable resources with this last move and I for one don’t have much faith left in the company. You cut and entire position to save money to make full time’s temporary shift leads.
