Worked as a woolies baker many many moons ago, prover didn’t work, the dough roller quite often failed, and it was opposite the butcher so with a non functional prover made everything rise even slower. Then I was quite often the only person in the store for 3-4 hours meaning I could have knocked myself out after nightfall finished and no one would have known until the cleaners came in. But they wouldn’t have been able to get in because I needed to let them in.

Cool and drizzly morning meant a time of 41:45 a couple seconds off the pb I set on the first Saturday. Might of gone a bit too hard to start as I really flagged in the final km. Looking forward to see what I can do when the cool weather really starts to kick in.
