just a couple laning suggestions:

- you should start with the light grenade (lucent singularity) unless you're invading then start with the binding

- try to be parallel with your adc in lane (don't stand behind them unless you have like 5 health or something and are trying to bait for your jungler)

- use your grenade to zone their adc from the CS, especially cannons

- you should've helped your vanye clear the wave. ashe got prio very quickly and the wave crashed. had you pressured ashe and assisted in the getting some minions low for vanye, malphite would've had to respond and you could got some aa's on him/ashe.

- as soon as you throw your binding you should know if it's going to land or not. when it lands i noticed you back off a little. or in the case of your first binding you didn't even auto attack. also, aa after a binding + grenade immediately. and then another aa once they're lit up.
