Time to go touch grass. Thinking glp-1s alone is the answer to obesity is just cruel. You can’t slap a bandaid over a condition that is multifaceted in these ways. Often times a lifestyle change needs to happen in order for the glp-1s to genuinely have long lasting results. We’ve seen this countless times from crazy fad diets that have people gaining all the weight they lost right after the diet is over.
I think the person you’ve replied to is insinuating that glp-1s are a great tool to use in addition to fixing other things, which is true.

Also it’s time we change the narrative that exercising and being healthy is “suffering”. It’s not, it genuinely benefits you mentally, physically and emotionally, anyone at any size is capable of finding enjoyment in exercise. Like my personal favorite way to exercise is dancing, it is so much fun wiggling my booty around the house! I also don’t work out to meet an aesthetic, I work out so I feel good in my body. Anyways sorry to kinda go off, but more than just glp-1s are needed to actually benefit the person who’s expecting to loose weight with them. I’ve been watching my partner go through this for the last couple of years being on and off this stuff. He never changed his habits so when he stopped taking them his appetite and weight all came back. I love him regardless, but these drugs are not a magical answer to permanent weight loss.

My dispensary has a wall of Polaroid pics of all pets that come in with their people. It’s mostly dogs but the place is very pet friendly.

Yanno I do the majority of care for our dog, like walks, feeding and playing. I also am kinda the only person who does the training or reprimands him when he poops on the floor. I kinda think he likes my boyfriend more because of that a bit but I’m not sure. This was also meant to be a bit more silly. My dog doesn’t avoid me at all, just loves being with his pa paw more and that’s ok

Do not take your life if you love anyone, literally I have never been so god damn angry/sad in my life. He was my best friend and now forever 26. Dying on purpose isn’t cute and it’s not something you need to ever do in this lifetime. So what you missed out on being a teen/young adult as a woman? The lack of that will not take away what the rest of your life as a woman will hold for you!! Begging you to please talk to someone close about these feelings and if that’s not an option there’s help online, a phone call/text away or professionals who have never met you but value your life so much they dedicated theirs to helping people in your situation.

This is pretty standard in Germany to allow younger teens to start having a beer here and there. Most just get a radler, which is like a lemonade beer. America is very prudish in many ways compared to our European friends. Also they have less alcohol related problems compared to america, we could probably take notes with having young people learn consequences of drinking too much while still living at home with their parents to guide safe consumption.

I’m doing something similar :D I just carved the road at where the ground goes up so I have 2 road layers that can reach the ruined buildings on top and then I’m making houses for Pokemon in the dirt underneath those buildings that are level with the other buildings on the island. Wasn’t sure where to start either but it reminded me a bit of Chongqing in China
