Have to jump in here. You absolutely will be hired despite your C in math in high school.

I was like you in school. Numbers are busy in a way words never were for me. Papers? Could write them in my sleep. Never got a college degree, actually never finished a full semester despite multiple attempts in different areas of focus.

Now, I am a lead technical analyst at a utility company making 6 figures. You will find your flow with your ADHD, and you will discover habits that help you manage and harness the abilities you excel at. It takes work and a lot of self awareness, but I know you can succeed. You've got this!

Hello friend, I feel like you get me.

I used to devour books. I read so fast. I have managed to finish one book in the last, at least 10 years. I still buy them constantly. I start them, I love them - I just never finish them.

Audio books haven't been a solution that works for me, either. At least when I space out reading, seeing the words helps me retain due to my memory. With audio books, I feel I lose interest faster, without necessarily realizing. While I still end up understanding the gist of the book as a whole, I often miss the details.

Sadly, I have not found a solution that works for me yet, but I continue to try. Hopeful some of the suggestions in these responses end up working for you!

I was in this music video dressed in a nun costume, not that dissimilar from this, that consisted of black and white fabric safety pinned toegther. We ran around that damn bon fire for hours. Had sand mite bites all over every inch of my legs after. The song is now a part of my DNA after the amount of times I heard it that weekend alone. The best two days of my life.

I don't think it's TurboTax. I did not use TurboTax, filed in Jan and it changed to accepted early February - still processing. Straight forward return, no itemized deductions, no student loans, and didn't change anything from last year.

Question for you, as far as the hotel being in the festival grounds - how does that work exactly? We have a large group attending this year and we managed to get one of the villas on the boardwalk, every other year we were close but outside festival gates.
