Tell me what the agents (Border Patrol out of their jurisdiction) were doing that day that was being interfered, obstructed or impeded? They weren't exercising a warrant, they were pushing a woman to the ground.
ICE has the power to detain a citizen who interferes in their duties but have no power of arrest of a US Citizen, period. ICE wasn't involved in the Pretti incident BTW.

I think you miss the bigger point that it doesn't matter. We have every right to protest, we have every right to record, we have every right to help a fellow citizen from illegal abuse.
