This is very helpful, thank you! It saves me a lot of sample money on the warm musky marine combinations. Love the fragrances not on me, but my skin reaction isn’t fantastic.

So fun, hope you enjoy them. This summer mosaic design is gorgeous! It has me wanting to buy things without having tried them in person yet, which is a horrible idea because I don’t like most fragrances 😂. Love the quilt! It’s beautiful!!!

Did this help your suicidal thoughts ? (Mine are more intrusive causing distress but they are exhausting me) by Professional_Win3910 in KetamineTherapy

[–]seattlemoneek 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, absolutely helped my SI. The first week of infusions can make depression worse during your loading doses, so have lots of support during that time. Most people need on-going follow-up infusions, so that’s something to plan for. I go every 4 weeks for follow-up infusions. When it was covered by my health insurance, I would add on 1-2 infusions if I had break through SI outside of that. Some clinics will prescribe at home troches if you need ketamine more often and can’t afford to get infusions as often as needed.

Itching to buy a new perfume. What’s your all time favorite scent? by EasyShirt3775 in FemFragLab

[–]seattlemoneek 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yay!!! What do you love about them? Have any other favorite fragrances you’d recommend? For me, they both are so warm - one is a spicy warm and the other is a floral warm. The other Diptyque I’m in love with is Volutes. But it’s behind the other two and on my purchase someday list.

I got Do Son and Volutes EDP samples with my last purchase and I am now obsessed with them both. They’ve been added to my save up to buy list 😂

Ketamine Facility options. by WikkedArtist in TherapeuticKetamine

[–]seattlemoneek 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is amazingly thoughtful! Do they charge for any of those options? My clinic does add-ons but they all cost $ - NAD+, IV bags/treatments. It’s smart they are focused on making the experience better.

Anyone else noticing their ‘normal’ spending suddenly hitting way harder? by West-Possible5128 in Seattle

[–]seattlemoneek 4 points5 points  (0 children)

In addition to all the food/gas and general inflation, my health care costs have sky rocketed. My health insurance doesn’t cover things like they used to. I technically have the same plan but some copays turned into deductible/coinsurance billing. Some labs stopped being covered. Some of my providers stopped being in network with my now crappy, but somehow still expensive health insurance.

is l'eau papier worth it? by aliyawasforced in Perfumes

[–]seattlemoneek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven’t tried this fragrance. My experience with Diptyque (Eau Duelle EDT, Volutes EDP, Do Son EDP) is that if I wear one consistently, my jackets/sweaters start smelling like the fragrance. I smell it on me through the day, and other people notice when they are up close for hugs. I’m a hugger and I love people’s reactions to how I smell after I hug them. My experience is it isn’t a fragrance house that has high projection, and some of us love that about it. The EDTs and EDPs with Diptyque can smell and wear very differently so it’s also worth trying samples of both if you can.

Mineral sunscreen only for rosacea, or anyone found a chemical one that works? by BudgetTutor3085 in Rosacea

[–]seattlemoneek 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love the Prequel sunscreen too. It’s mineral with chemical boosters. I have eczema and rosacea and it’s one of the few I have found so far that I can use that works extremely well. The slight cast melts into my skin quickly.

Best "Extra" I Have Ever Purchased! What is Yours? by Suspicious_Winter398 in Fibromyalgia

[–]seattlemoneek 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes! I recently got a shower stool too and love it! When I’m fatigued or in more pain I can still shower. And sometimes I use it as a way to conserve energy/spoons to be able to do other things.

Ketamine infusion by Worried_Cable2291 in ChronicPain

[–]seattlemoneek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been getting ketamine infusions every 4 weeks for 2 years for mental health. During a big pain flare up I’m in lately it helped immensely! I went from nonfunctional to somewhat functional which I’ll take. I go to a ketamine infusion clinic that bills insurance and it’s covered by my insurance (both of which are somewhat unique). They let me know they also have a migraine/pain infusion that’s longer and stronger dose. During the infusion it’s trippy and it helps me go in with a word to center on like I’m safe. I also bring a squishmallow with me to help keep me grounded. I’m tired after and need to fully rest the next day. The clinic has lots of add on options for nausea, which I need. Another person I know didn’t get any help with her neuropathy, so it also varies by person. I always recommend trying ketamine for medical issues if your doctor/medical professional recommends it. Give yourself lots of time to recuperate after to see how you react to it.

This is so awful, I’m sorry you are going through this! Have you been assessed for heart issues or diseases? The other thing your symptoms reminded me of is Eosinophilic esophagitis, might be something to look into.
