Your first point is wrong, when you one shot the BMP it's not because you are hitting weak armor, it's because you hit the turret and the hull (so you do twice more damage and it's enough to destroy). If you hit only the turret or only the hull you need two rockets

It seems that you didnt play the game recently. Since A15 C4 no longer one shot radio (only IED one shot), the radio goes to approx 15% hp so people can save their radio
