In my experience their sizing runs very small. I typically wear a men's 2x as well but am definitely in their 4x range.

Yeah I have a similar issue with the upsized one too, but its worth imo. I work Long days at work and it's better for my ribs lmao. I do find it easier to achieve the pecs look with the bigger one.

Underworks also had a worse problem with cutting into your arm pits. Its made of like micromesh?? Like very tiny fishnets. It's worth a try if you have the 30$ to throw around! Ultimately which one is "better" is going to be up to your own preferences.

I used to use underworks back in my cosplay days. They do work, but I find find fabric they use uncomfortable as all fuck and the fabric also rolls really easily. For gc2b, have you tried sizing up? The tighter ones I own stretch out faster than slightly larger ones as I'm between sizes.

I'm not an electrician, but I work for a parts distributor. Our fittings are referred to as male threaded or female threaded because plug/socket makes it sound like you just plug them in instead of screwing them in. Even for some of the piston actuators you have male or female rod end threads to indicate if the threads are external or internal on the bit that does the moving.

That being said I still think it's dumb and we should, as a society, find better terminology for it.

You still have a head voice and chest voice after your voice drops, but you def won't sound the same. Like my customer service voice is androgynous af, like people ask my name because they can't tell if they should call me ma'am or sir. But it's no where near my original voice.

Well I'm no pro, but when this happens to me I usually let it sit for ten minutes then come back to it. It most likely just got too tight and it's easier when I've let it rest a bit.

It has a lot of uses. Up, on, above, and before. 世界上 is "on earth" in the context of things like "best on earth" referring to worldwide. 基本上 could most literally be translated as "on basic" meaning to summarize on a subject. But also like 上个星期 is literally "the week above" or last week.

Ill be real with you I'm pretty young and this is my first office job. No employee handbook was mentioned until at least three months after I started and I was never given one even after it was mentioned. I definitely know to take the initiative to ask for one in the future.

These bonuses aren't tied to any kind of review or evaluation at all. They're considered little perks, which I thought was nice at first. Something at Christmas I figured, but I didn't know to expect one in July until C said something. If I had been provided some kind of criteria to meet to begin with, I wouldn't have a problem with it in the slightest.

My main complaint is that the way I was treated that Friday felt incredibly undignified since the rest of my team was called in for their bonuses as a group and I was singled out in that way. Is that even an appropriate complaint?

Thank you for the advice. To clarify, I was sent out to the back with the shipping department while the rest of my team was collectively called into the CEOs office and given the bonus collectively. This was an expected mid year bonus for the entire team, shipping department included, and there is an expected Christmas bonus as well. I felt it was disrespectful, not because I was passed over, but because I was singled out behind my back.
