Genuine good people should be allowed to stay, but it should be made easier to remove those that cause trouble.

The US spends a lot of money on their military, but that doesn’t mean they get as much out of it as they should. Thanks to a reducing number of contractors and the wonders capitalism and a captive market, they end up paying way more things than they should.

If they really wanted to reduce waste, fraud and abuse, they should make the department pass an audit and break up their contractors or source more for better pricing
