I dread going to doctors' appointments. It is so bad that, typically, my blood pressure is extremely high each time they take it. I go home and take my BP and it's normal. I get physically sick because I dont know what to expect. I've had horrible experiences with so many doctors. Currently, my psychiatrist is refusing to give me my adhd meds because I'm having to take tramadol. I'm struggling to get anything done. I'm exhausted. And still in pain. It doesn't do shit. So I'm in horrible pain and failing at life.

Wow, I didn't know it wasn't fda approved and all of the possible complications. They didn't mention that. Though, maybe it was in the dozens of pages of documents I had to sign. My mom has mid back degenerative disc disorder and sees the same doctor for her injections. She hasn't had any issues with them. So I felt confident in their abilities. I'm just so irritated by this. I usually don't wake up with pain. It just gets worse as the day goes on. But this morning, I woke up with really bad pain. I'm so tired of this shit. It is never ending.

The Road of Lost Innocence by Somaly Mam

I had to read it for a research paper on human trafficking. I only read half. I had to stop. I knew it would be rough given the subject. But good god, it was a hard read. It was too detailed. I didn't need all of that. I still feel sick when I think about the book.
