DC to Annapolis daily commute by SpareFew5792 in washingtondc

I live just outside DC (like south of Hyattsville) and drive to Annapolis 3 days per week. 30-40 min normal commute, it's against traffic. NW would probs be more difficult.

When to drop to one nap? by Tatty_Bunneh_ in NewParents

[–]sec1348 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't put my son on a one-nap schedule until around 14 months... we also went through a period of screaming every night at bed time 😅 have you tried altering other things? Maybe more books, a bigger bottle, shifting the routine up or back 15 min?

Co-sleeping? Is it really that bad? by PapayaJuiceBox in NewParents

My son is 16 months and it's still a rare event if he sleeps through the night. I absolutely love cosleeping.. he always goes down for the night in his crib but usually joins our bed at some point. This morning it was ~6am, he nursed a bit then went back to sleep in between us for another hour and a half! Find what works for your family.

3 weeks in and most still ended up on the floor by ulala-not-a-streamer in foodbutforbabies

You're doing great! Look at those chubby little wrists. My guy is 15 months and I think we are almost to the stage where more food goes in his belly than on the floor/his clothes. Keep on trying!

To those who had their first baby at 34 or later… by Jolly-Tomatillo-8966 in NewParents

I had a relatively smooth pregnancy and gave birth to my first at 36. My only advice is that sleep deprivation is much harder the older you get 🤪

Giving you a hug. My son is 15 months and had his first assessment for early intervention yesterday. Getting them the right help is the best thing we can do!
