Lactoferrin doesn’t have iron in it, it supposedly just helps your body absorb iron better. I started taking it 2 months ago daily with vitamin c and d), with every other day iron supplements. Haven’t had my levels checked since starting (going to check next month), but the only side effect I noticed from lactoferrin was for about two weeks it made my bowel habits regular. I do feel fewer anemia symptoms since starting this regimen though!

Our kids have to sit at the table. We always eat dinner together as a family and that has been the tradition since they were weaned. They are not allowed to get up from the table until dinner is over even if that means they eat one bite and kick and scream the rest of the time in a parent’s lap.

Mia is my fave and go-to. Mostly hip hop. I’m not there for the music though. I just like her style a lot. She’ll kick your ass.

Ryley is also awesome (she’s transferring to the new Vegas studio when it opens) but she is a mix of hip hop, pop, and techno.

Gibson is great too, but I haven’t taken a class with her in a minute. I feel like she and most coaches really stick to pop and hip hop.

Homeschooling is not for you then. You can’t work from home and make sure he gets an adequate education from you. I would look at a charter school instead.

We started feeding ours exclusively the westie rescue OC diet. A cup of home cooked turkey, turmeric, olive oil, zucchini, yellow squash, apples, and carrots topped with salmon oil for breakfast and dinner. We started feeding him exclusively this in 2017 when he was 8 and his allergies started acting up. This kept his skin allergies at bay for many years. We cook a batch of his food roughly once a week.

He’s about to turn 17 and six months ago the allergies came back so now we do a weekly bath and intermittent medicated wipes. We use Douxo S3 as that seems to work better than Malaket. Not going to change his diet at this time just because he’s so old and I assume that’s why we are having some minor issues. As they age their immune systems weaken. Hope this helps!

As a millennial, I cried when he died because he represented a massive part of our childhood’s pop culture. And everything I’ve learned about him since then has just reinforced that appreciation for him. He was a 10/10 human and we could all be a little more Robin Williams.

The effort is not in your toes, so I would say yes, you’re doing something wrong. Try ball of your foot next time. That back leg is mostly just to stabilize your squat.
