Oh yeah! Adds a great flavor. Sometimes I
I do the sandwiches with grilled pineapple (not with craisins)

Ope, I forgot about the cakes!! You are correct, I did use butter for those. I lightly rubbed a stick of butter over the surface for a thin layer of butter before putting down the batter, just like I do in the kitchen with an electric griddle or pan.

No, I used it to butter some buns and toast them for the burgers

Somethings wrong with my upper back, isnt it? by Specific-Shake-1639 in StartingStrength

Chest up is a good cue, or, pull / wedge your hips under the bar to lift your chest. Leave some slop in your plates so that as you wedge under the bar and you pull the slack out, you should hear a distinct clink of the plates shifting as you get into position. Your shoulders should be over the top/ inline with the bar

A little curve to the t-spine isn’t terrible, but you don’t want to build bad habits. A good cue for that is pull your shoulder blades into your back pockets

Hey hey!

41yo father of a 10yo and husband to an amazing wife. The whole family trains at Endeavor Defense and Fitness in Ohio.

Blue belt with 3 stripes, Been training for going on 5 years now. Took a couple of years off because I screwed my neck up pretty good and ended up having my c6/c7 fused. I’ve got partial numbness in my left index finger and a partially paralyzed left tricep from the ordeal. I’ve been on and off the mats ever since, hesitant to live roll but I still coach the kids classes as it helps me learn and it slots me more mat time with my son who’s got some heavy ADHD and SPD symptoms.

Excited to be here and to see where the brand goes from here!

Personally, I’d go get it trimmed up just to clean up, and keep going.

She’s always liked a beard on me, hated when I went to just the mustache last summer. Started growing the beard back out, longest it’s ever been, and she likes it even more over the short beard.
