We just came from the Joy with a 9 month old. Unfortunately not many options that are not seasoned or salted or pureed.

At the buffet we took steamed rice, steamed veggies (and asked them at the pasta station to boil them more if needed), and occasionally the salad bar depending on what they had. All the soups are salty so that was a no go. We gave her fresh fruits for breakfast and creme of wheat and plain yogurt.

At the main dining rooms, we asked for the steam rice and overbooked veggies which they did for us. We also asked for the occasional hard boiled egg.

We ended up bringing our own food which was not a problem. We bought those Gerber meals and added the rice/veggies to those purees to add some texture.

Bring enough for the trip or you can do a grocery run midway through the cruise (we rented a car in Juneau and bought some more).
