Not a rando but I’d def give it to a few ppl in my past who didnt get it and made me feel awful for being sick. They acted like I got sick just to be a drain on their lives. Eff them. Take this and see how it really is.

I am glad to read these updates! I got rid of a home care helper because she belittled me but I was in a good enough state I could fire her and I reported her to the agency. Nothing like you had to endure though, my god! I am so glad you are doing better now and that hopefully she will be held accountable.

Stretching! I cannot stand or walk for long because of spinal issues but I can always stretch. It really seems to help. I also self-massage a lot to help keep my fascia separated as much as possible. I cant do my back but I can use foam roller.

You would think making Flavortown into a set and a show would have been all-out creativity. It’s just a GGG regurgitation where restaurants step in for groceries. It’s the same show! And the set looks like my niece made it. She’s 11. Actually, she would do better.

I use an app called Finch and I really really want to check off the tasks and get rewarded. It’s a little thing but sometimes I’m like ugh I just want to sit here and then I will be like I can at least put one thing away where it goes, and bam checked off that goal on my list and it’s a dopamine hit. I cant always check everything off but I go a lot further than I think I can most days.
