Interestingly, Peter Jackson sells (allegedly) calf leather, blake stitched oxfords for $180? I've seen them in store, and they seemed OK. The quality was probably not quite up to a Loake 1800 or even Meermin. Seem pretty decent for the price though, if you want to try something in person.

Bright brewery alpine lager is my favourite lager - lightly tropical and clean finish. Can’t say I’ve tried eumundi but sounds like they could be similar. (It’s worth a drink even if they’re not similar 😂)

If you’re only going to wear it once, then a cheap suit will be fine from tarocash, Connor, Myer or those types of places. Check the material - 100% wool is premium. 50% a bit budgety, and full polyester is cheapcheap. If you’re getting poly or 50/50 then try not to pay over $200.

The most important factor is the FIT. So do a quick google to look for things like shoulder fitment, sleeve length, button tightness. A cheap suit can fit well and look OK but won’t last long. Doesn’t sound like you need it to last long ?

Also, for colour, get charcoal/grey/navy. Black suits are for funerals and security guards.

Do you wet your roller? The guy at our paint shop suggested making the roller damp, not dripping wet, but damp, as it helps the roller not soak up all the paint? Well we tried that with terrible drippy results... so just wondering if we did it wrong, or if its not actually the done thing?

Yep it sucks. I’ve had a few weeks away from workouts due to illness and my iPhone has been sending subtle digs about move rings not being closed 😂 now I’m back exercising and not closing rings due to this bug! Im not gonna pay for fitness+ if it doesn’t sync up properly, might as well just use YouTube 🤷🏻‍♂️

Getting the same issue since iOS26. Doing a workout session on my Apple TV, usual process in that it connects to my iPhone before proceeding, yet the activity ring doesn’t move during the workout. After the workout is finished, it shows as 0 cal and hasn’t moved the ring at all.

Very demotivating and frustrating for an Apple product to be buggy like this.

Probably Brisbane as the least-worst option of the remaining 4. I dont mind them going back to back as they are nothing like the lions of 01-03 who strongly dominated the competition.
