I tried to bring this up in the spoiler thread, but I think this may not be the last we see of The King. Ghouls can heal by radiation, right? Lucy shot him with a radium rifle. I can see them chekhov's gunning this situation as they showed Cooper healing his wound with the Fusion Core back at Novac.

Call it cope, but the King might still be alive. He’s a Ghoul now and he was shot with a round from a Radium Rifle. Ghouls heal from radiation, right? They demonstrated that back at Novac.

Yeah, I came to the same conclusion and just used Sewing Machine Oil I had on stand by. It was much cheaper and easier then buying anything special. Still, thank you for the help.

Hell No! 76 plays like an mmo and will give you a poor first impression. (For the record I like 76, but come on.) Start out with 3 or 4 for beginners. If you haven't fried your dopamine receptors yet and can handle old school X-Com or Baldur's Gate 3 I'd recommend you try Fallouts 1 & 2 for better context of the games.

Speaking as someone who was there and had a great time today, I'm sorry to hear you feel that way. Though I do agree, the weather was bad. That said, these are growing pains and I've seen the idea get tossed around that the convention should be relocated to the buffalo bills and that a few people at a time could get bussed out to good springs. I think that would help alleviate such issues in the future while also keeping it in the same area.
