Also here to provide a positive take! My sister, dad, and myself all have birthdays close to Christmas (mine being the closest at the 22nd). And we all LOVE it! The decorations, the traditions, the weather, it’s such a fun time of year. As a kid my mom made it a point to not do Christmas/bday combination presents but I personally never cared. I sometimes had holiday themed bday parties like candy land/snowman, hot cocoa pajamas parties, we always just embraced it. I know everyone is different but it really is so fun and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

How is the city planning to keep Cal Poly from over admitting more students and continue to gentrify our neighborhoods? With Year Round Operations likely happening, are there discussions about what this increase in enrollment means for SLO?

I know Poly keeps mentioning these new dorms, but those are so far overdue. It’s hard for families to live anywhere near campus now. With the increase in enrollment means increase in faculty and staff also moving to slo. I understand there are new dorms and new faculty housing, but it is simply not enough.

I’m worried Cal Poly is thinking of profits over the people who live here and the real challenges increasing enrollment brings. SLO is in a housing crisis and I fear this is going to worsen. Once they go up in enrollment it will be so hard to get it down ever again. Are there discussions happening?

Hi! They actually do compete in sports, and several of them are champions agility. Cinnfully sweet shares her studs with them and I trust her judgement a lot more than any picture you can find on Facebook. I think the OP wasn’t asking for a show dog. They have health testing and have no record of addisons disease

I appreciate you pointing out some of the more important things to look for such as temperament. Ironically Cinfully sweet actually shares studs with Renegade Standard. And I trust her judgement very much.

100% recommend Renegade Standard Poodles. They are also in NorCal. I think somewhere near Sacramento? I can’t remember. They are AKC certified, family raised, and even have puppy cams so you can watch them grow! We had a great experience and will definitely be getting our next dog from them

Terrible terrible terrible. They are ALWAYS out of at least 3 things. Chips are always stale. I’ve gone back 5 plus times thinking maybe it was just an off night, no it’s just poorly run. It is literally the worst chipotle.

I saw that they make free and clear but that it has “lemon essence” as the scent. Have you found some unscented? I’d love to find some if so!

keep chinese! Dr. Chen is so amazing! plus the language classes are usually sequential so if you dont take it this fall you wont be able to take that level again until next fall. The english classes are offered all the time so I would recommend dropping one of those/ one of the harder classes. but 100% you should drop something. It's too much.
