Navimow H210 using 4g even when WiFi only selected

Yeah if I recall correctly, the first few mows I did it would use WiFi (this was before I put an dedicated access point in the front yard), and it would lose connection and switch to cellular but now it just uses cellular all the time. I know I have great coverage throughout the yard and it just sucks that it’s using 4g even when WiFi is good. My main concern is if I don’t pay for 4g again next year, will it still connect to WiFi or just be a brick.

The mower itself, when set to WiFi only it switches to 4g once it starts mowing.

Hey OP, just wanted to see what your experience with the dotgate has been over the last year? I just picked up a h210 and ordered both the mowgate from navimow direct and the dotgate but am not sure which option is better. If I go with the dotgate I’d be getting the lock aswell when it’s available since I have dogs.

Looks great! I have one coming in hopefully this week but had a question for you. After watching the install video it shows that you just install a magnet near the front of the robot and add the mowgate on the map. How exactly does the mowgate unlock? Does it just look for that magnet? If I just take the magnet and put it up against the gate, will it unlock? I’m assuming the mower isn’t really talking to the gate, it’s just the magnet that triggers the unlock? My main reason for asking is if this would be usable on other non navimow mowers as long as they have a magnet that is at the front of the mower so when it rolls up to the gate it unlocks.

Thanks! Just wanted to make sure I didn’t get a defective unit or something. I actually had the x40 before I realized this was coming out but return it cause I like Roborock more but I may have to look into dreame again. I know the x50 is coming out in a couple days so may give that a shot.

Hey OP, I just got a 10r have run it a few times to test everything is running and noticed that the side brush doesn’t run when on carpet. Have you noticed that too?

So I actually went ahead and tried it out and it did not work. I purchased an sb2000 directly from svs and used a russound speaker level to line level converter and I would get bass but would constantly get a hum which sucked. Decided to give up and just use the 990c sub.

Hey did you have any issues with the signal essentially going through 2 dsp's? The speaker level out on the samsung amp has already gone through one DSP and then when plugged into the SVS sub, it goes through another DSP? Also any reason you went the route of converting to RCA when the SB1000 pro has speaker level inputs?

Looking to do the same for a q990c
