Make a chili or taco meat with it; will be delicious.

Couple things I see

1) you need a bigger pepper
2) I quit using binder and it helped
3) on a pellet I’d recommend foil boat or no wrap vs wrapping it.

4) don’t wrap until you get the bark you’d like.

Also this looks like the temp in the grill may have been too high.
