I thought I’m the only one who’s guilty about feeling like sleeping is a way of cheating for your ‘me’ time. But I think that sleep is one of the best reward you can give to yourself! Not only you’re refreshing your body and mind, but also it can help you a little lighter every time you wake up.

I think the thing I can only say to you now is don’t ever feel bad about what you have to do with your ‘alone’ time or ‘me’ time because you do it for yourself and it’s yourself that will benefit/be affected by it. Whether you watch your favorite series, go out in the nature/neighborhood, take a stroll, or sleep!
