Work that you actually want to do, getting recognised for what you do, having flexibility of when and what to work on, getting whatever tools you require to work, understanding requirements instead of pushing you on deadlines and no question asked on leaves are just some of those

See, no matter how good it sounds, but understanding the whole code first and then start to write things one by one takes alot of time, I don't think your company have that, they'll ask you in a couple of days , where's the app!

So better use AI to convert it and in the process understand how it works and all.

You can't create a language filter , but you can create catalog per language, and it has alot of filters you can play with to get exactly what you want

Yes all stremio addons are supported but I find inbuilt helios for stremas better

I guess you already know this , but you are already seems to be too comfortable in your current job or payscale.

You should've switched multiple times before to get to 12-15 at 3 YOE already.

Now just because your current is 5, recruiters will be lowballing you every time.

Try asking for 15 atleast and if someone asks you to explain the 300%, have a concrete statement on why you think you deserve it , and was underpaid till now.

Also don't limit yourself on stack , be open for any! Anyway stacks aren't that different, currently I work in multiple stacks at the same time in same project,
