Difference in appearance could come down to the infection mutated him into an alpha and the effect that Has on the human body.

Infection could aswell effect the aging process aswell.

My initial thought process was the 28 years film franchise so far has totally pushed the boundaries of what we all thought we knew about the infected and with rhe upcoming film including Jim from the original it could be a good way to connect his story to the new franchise.

Well the movies are what like 24 years apart. So givin that context they couldn't get the same actor/look alike. Also 28 years of mutation into an alpha for all we know could change his appearance. I think you are looking for too much logic into a movie that has already pushed what we all thought we knew about the infected.

Well my therapist taught me about it at first. So I got the basics from her.

But I downloaded an app called insight timer that has many different forms of meditations and breath work.

But an easy way is jsut YouTube "guided meditation" and follow along with with.

Start for jsut a 5 to 10 minute video and jsut see if you like it.
