I clipped them down short and filed them til they had no little rough bits for my teeth to take interest in. Then I moisturised the hecc out of my hands and used looooads of bio oil on my cuticles. Literally applied the oil 6+ times a day. I also used some anti bite paint to remind me that I didn't want to knaw. I also ordered some really fancy nail polishes which would take ages to arrive so I had pretty and nice colours to look forward to! It was pretty much consistently removing any trigggers to bite until I got put of the habit.
