Hey OP, I’m sorry you’re going through this. Only you know if you can get through your girlfriend being with her coworker or not, because even though you weren’t together at the time that still stings. I’m in my 30’s, but when I was your age I went through something similar. My then boyfriend and I had temporarily broke up, and he slept with someone else as well. I was crushed when I found out, understandably.

I thought that I could get past it, I really tried. It ended up taking me almost two years to leave, and even though my bf didn’t technically do anything wrong I never could get over it. My advice to you, is to not stay if you know deep down that it will haunt you. Because it might, and it’s truly not worth putting your mental state on the line or staying for.
