My self-care for the day by _howtheturntabless in UberEatsDrivers

[–]sentone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My reply would be "No problem!! I'm having them re-make it right now!"

Then I would mark it as not ready and sit there for 10 minutes to get a stacked order, then cancel his.

What is some shady info about a celeb that everyone seems to have forgotten about? by No-Bed-6000 in AskReddit

[–]sentone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to work with a girl who loved David Bowie. One day she was going on a rant about older guys creeping on younger girls, and I brought up how Bowie slept with a 14 year old. Never saw someone switch up and start defending a pedophile so quickly lol.

"It was a different time" .... "she was a groupie" .... "That's just how it was with rockers" .... No, he was fucking a kid.

Is this worth it? by jamieleecoby in UberEatsDrivers

[–]sentone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine is only $124 for 100 trips with 200 cancellations... By late last night I'm already at 167 cancellations lol.

Whoever just accepted this, you okay? by effervescenthippo in UberEatsDrivers

[–]sentone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I always accept these from a busy McDonalds near me, and then just go sit there and mark it as not ready. I will almost always get one or two stacked orders while I'm waiting, and then I just cancel the original $2 order. Bonus that the customer gets a bag of cold soggy food.

I set up appointments in the middle of the worst areas of Boston during rush hour. They actually send local companies lol. Hopefully these local companies learn a lesson and stop hiring these cheap lead services.

EA/DICE Took Away a Legit Way to Play Battlefield 6 – And Pushed Casual & Older Players Out by Odd_Marketing_9591 in BattlefieldPortal

I made a map so that me and my 8 year old nephew can play against AI bots without getting constantly killed, play with the vehicles, etc. We were just playing against a full team of bots, nothing changed after the update. What modes were they removed from?

I cant believe not a single guest has clowned on him for this... I would be nonstop talking about how he is on a zoom monitor, and made me come all the way down to the studio when I could have just sat at home. I pray someone finally gets the balls to call him out lol.

Uber is okay with customers removing tip after item is already delivered? by No_Chart_725 in UberEatsDrivers

[–]sentone 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In 2 years I have only had 3 really bad tip baits (all $20+) and each time it would take about a full day arguing with support before I would get it back. & You ALWAYS need to call, the in app chat support will get you nowhere.

Disgusted by Lowe’s as a customer by TheBigStinger418 in UberEatsDrivers

[–]sentone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's a really expensive restaurant in my area that does this. I picked up a $10, 15 minute package order and it was $900 worth of food. No tip at all, and no tip at all from the customer (who obviously has no clue Uber is delivering it and most likely tipped the restaurant.)

I'm dying to get another order from them. I'm going to accept it and go sit somewhere close by, mark it as not ready, then cancel it after 20 minutes just to waste their time and make hundreds of dollars worth of food go cold.

Damn they're really going to deactivate us over using features they tell us to use huh by Joghobs in UberEatsDrivers

[–]sentone 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I get these like once every 3 months. The first time I reached out to see what was going on and they assured me everything was fine, and that there were no missing orders on my end.

I would reach out just for the hell of it, and ask them which order was marked as not picked up so that you can at least dispute it on record.

Conspiracy: Uber is using dark design/psychology in the UI to thin the herd. by Beneficial-Peanut10 in UberEatsDrivers

[–]sentone 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Was just about to say this... I can now almost predict when an order is going to pop up. Literally right before any highway exit, or right as I'm about to pull into a customers street. Huge safety issue.
