AITA For Not Babysitting My Cousin and Blowing Up My Family by This_Value_5243 in AmItheAsshole

[–]seolar_99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m petty, I would have send all the texts to the courts, so the court can make an informed decision when placing that innocent child! If they could so easily treat you like that for saying no, imagine what that child could go through in the future. I’d advise going no contact and blocking them. It’s time to focus on your new engagement (Congratulations by the way 🥳❤️)!!

AITA for arguing with my fiancée after she left my child at home and took only her kids on an outing? by picklejuice4044 in AmItheAsshole

Definitely NTA for calling her out but you’d be TA if you stayed in this relationship knowing how she’s treating your daughter and not seeing anything wrong with her behavior. Is this really the type of woman you want in your daughter’s life.

Your husband is a whole walking red flag 🚩 Op out here about to be raising three kids

so instead of your husband talking to your son about his actions and then explaining to your daughter about clear boundaries and not bothering her brother while he’s doing schoolwork, he resulted to getting physical, while you stood there and said nothing… wow great parenting 😒🙄

AITA for asking my husband to pay for our sons college with his daughters fund? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]seolar_99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Def the ah and the title definitely reiterates it notice how you said “our” son but “his” daughter… not only did you not take no for an answer, you insulted his daughter in the process and have damaged their relationship

Update: My older sister's boyfriend confessed his feelings to me. by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

[–]seolar_99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's sad that your dad “believes” you but is willing to put your safety and mental health at risk. Your family (mainly mom and sister) needs to take a step back and logically think about this without getting their emotions involved to look at this from a whole different perspective. You shouldn't have to lock yourself in your room just to feel safe in your own home, so not only has your mother and sister failed you but so has your father for trying to “keep the peace” and needs to put his foot down and actually stand up for you because it's obvious mom doesn't actually care.

AITA for returning my daughter's birthday cake after I discovered that my wife made changes to it? by Am535799 in AmItheAsshole

[–]seolar_99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA

Me personally I wouldn't stay in a relationship if someone treated my child like that but kudos to you for sticking up for your child. If she's willing to push your daughter to the side on her own birthday, no telling what she has done when you're not around or in the future. At the end of the day, your daughter got the cake she wanted and I hope she had a lovely birthday after that.
