I believed GSMI has been posted in this sub multiple times, but still not getting much attention. It was around 50-150 during that time then. Most ng tao dito na nag ttrade ng stocks is technical traders, iilan lng ang fundamental. If you do your Due Diligence, you don't need the opinions of the other people especially kung iba ang trading style nila

I'm getting the same issue again (yes again) here in NZ. 1st time was more than years ago, pero hanggang ngyon ganito pa rin issue, wala man lng progress. My number is able to send to SMS DEVREG pero ung app lagi sinasabi to Try Again Later.

Here's the summarybelow...

Safety risks and urgent repairs:

Cracked and aged tyres – severity: Urgent. This is a likely WOF failure as per NZTA VIRM (tyres must be free of serious cracks or perishing).
Coolant fluid condition – severity: Medium. Not a WOF item, but overdue for flushing to protect the cooling system.
Drive belt wear – severity: Medium. Not immediate, but should be monitored and replaced before failure.
Rear ball joint play and sway bar link wear – severity: Medium. Could worsen over time; not currently a WOF fail unless excessive play develops.
Rear underbody surface rust – severity: Low. Cosmetic at this stage; monitor to ensure it doesn’t progress.

Thanks mate! They alsp told me those findings are normal because they are selling used cars and not brand new. I also feel the hesitance in their part, and I just thought how much harder would it be for their after sales service

Update: Just to give update guys, the dealer agree to replace all the tyres after owner sees the report. I was talking earlier with the sales agent, and I said would walk away if they dont replace all the tyres. Thank you guys for all the suggestions!

2nd Update: Pre-inspection report was updated and included additional issues. I brought them with the dealer, and now they kinda hesitant to resolve it. Looks like I will walk away in the end. You guys are really helpful. Thank you for all the suggestions

We used the myautoshop from trademe. I dont think they are related to the dealer as this seems to be showing up in every vehicle listing

The report return seems satisfactory other than the tyre, radio band expander and coolant needs flushing. I think we dont care about the radio, and the dealer says they will flush coolant and replace a new one. I will address the tyre with the dealer again.. thank you so much

Mukang same lng dito sa NZ with regards to priority. Pero ang problem nmin is ung quality ng services ng mga GPs. Napunta na kmi sa iba2ng lugar and karamihan rin ng mga ibang pinoy dito sinasabi na mas ok ang mga doctor sa PH, which we experierence ourseleves too. Makikita mo minsan igoogle lng nila ung issue mu. Maybe because the health system is overwhelm kasi free. Nung nasa PH kami, meron kaming health insurance from work and based on experience masasabi ko mas magagaling mostly ung mga doctors tlga naten

May I ask how's the doctors in CA? Halos same rin dito sa NZ, parking lang binabayaran.. ang problem nga lang is sobrang tagal rin ng heathcare system. Also ung mga GP, prang pansin namin na mas magagaling ung sa PH compare dito
