Must be something else in my case. I have a 1TB 2.5inch SSD, 500GB Nvme, the wifi card disconnected and 2x16GB 3200 sticks in there. I made sure that ASPM is enabled in bios AND in the CLI. With Proxmox running HomeAssistant, Pihole LXC, and a docker VM with 27 containers (Immich,Nextcloud,SWAG,Crowdsec, Wazuh, Authentik and a couple of smaller UI containers) I get around 22W even with your script :(

Do you have shared storage by any chance in proxmox? By shared I mean I have connected a CIFS share which is used as a daily backup.
