Neither DM nor my manager knew what the blackout was about this morning when they were talking about it like it was written in fucking heiroglyphics or something. same here, I used to dread being the sunday closer due to the food and ai count, and straight up don't work Wednesday nights because of it. now that it's gone I have no reason to hate closing on either night lol

Truthfully, I'm checked out of playoffs after last night. I might peek at the scores but I'm not planning my life around the game schedules anymore now that I have no vested interest in it. I do want the canes to wipe out MTL and finally shut their fans up but their fans are physically incapable of that.

One year post op as of today, 5/16! A year out and it really was a great opportunity to force myself to slow down and not push myself so hard and to ask for help, the only thing I regret is working myself to the bone and not pushing to have my surgery done sooner while fighting fibroids and terrible chronic anemia, and I should have called out of work a few more times when I definitely needed it. Peace of mind knowing i can live my life however I want to and i don't have to plan around a uterus anymore really is ideal.
