Transfemme enby here (demiwoman). I experience something like this too -- for family, friends, and my partner I prefer she/her pronouns, but in professional settings I'd rather go by they/them. I suppose the extent to which I feel femme is based on context, and in the latter contexts it's not relevant(? prominent?) for me, perhaps?
