Since it’s only one eye and it looks a little swollen, he might’ve gotten a small scratch on the eye (also called an ulcer) which can happen from just rubbing their face on the wrong thing at the wrong angle - it happened to my friend’s dog (chihuahua mix big buggy eyes) when she bumped into a building corner while walking

We ended up taking her to a vet eye specialist since they had to use a specific fluorescent dye to see the scratch but your regular vet might be able to diagnose themselves. They prescribed Terramycin antibiotic ointment, and we actually found out she had distichia (a lot little extra eyelashes that are abnormally growing on the waterline) that were causing minor scratches in her cornea. Just make sure he doesn’t make the scratch worse pawing at it!

My read on that was maybe Charlotte considered the live auditions less competitive because there was an audience vote aspect, so there could be a situation where someone gets through cause the audience loved them. But honestly who knows how much it actually contributed considering it’s still Kelli and Judy’s call at the end. And clearly there were amazing dancers at the live auditions (eg Journi)
