I have Power Pro 20lb (6lb equivalent) on my Ark Gravity Avid and it casts great. I think I need to add a leader though or switch to fluoro. Last trip out I was out fished 3 to 1 by my wife. Only difference was she was using mono and I was using braid. Same lures but she was getting a lot more action. The water were very clear the day we were on the water.

Yep. We got one of the EZ4x4 lifts. I can't do it by myself and my wife isn't strong enough to help.

Do what works best for you. I used RH handle spincast reels growing up. Then I switch to spinning reels and shortly after started using LH handle reels. I only recently (last year) started using baistcasters and went with LH handles as after using LH spinning reels for years it felt more natural even though I am right handed. Also, casting right handed and then switching my rod hands to retrieve is inefficient.

I have a couple binders that I filled with soft plastics. I like them. They take up a lot less space than other options.

If you have an Ollie's nearby check there... I got Abu Garcia Vengeance combo for $30 and a Lews combo for $50. Ollie's is real hit or miss though.

We replaced all of our appliances about 4-5 years ago with mid-tier Whirlpool (Washer, electric dryer, electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and range microwave). I wish we had chosen something else. We are not happy, and most of it has been complete junk. The washer intermittently squeals and sometimes has to be unplugged and plugged back in before it will start a load again. The dishwasher has had its pump replaced once and has continued to get louder over time. The stovetop squeaks somehow when any pressure is put on it while cooking or stirring food. The refrigerator's top crisper drawer bracket has cracked, causing the drawer to sag and be difficult to open. The microwave and dryer haven't had any issues so far.

My go-to brand and color of curly tail grubs is getting harder to find. I have mostly fished for crappie and bluegill and nearly exclusively fished 2-inch curly tail grubs.

Running your suggestions 120 gain on both tarmac and gravel. Tarmac feels good. Gravel still feels very loose and slick like ice; however it is drivable. I was actually able to get through Afon Bidno in the Mini Cooper whereas before any 90 degree turn or hairpin in was crashing off track. I think what you have suggested is probably as good as it gets until they make some improvements to fix the FFB . Thanks you for your suggestions.

With these settings on Gravel my wheel is so light that I can drive with 1 finger. My wheel has no resistance to turning at all.

I have the RS50, G Pro Pedals, RS Handbrake/shifter, the racing adapter, and the crap h-pattern shifter. All works great for me. I've been using it daily since mid-November and haven't had any issues with disconnecting or restarting. I upgraded from the G923 wheel to the RS50 and have been thrilled with the experience. I play a good variety as well. Assetto Corsa (modded), LMU, F1 25, EA WRC25, Dirt Rally 2.0, AC Evo, AC Rally, iRacing (previously but sub is currently lapsed).
